This is a 100% Estate Pinot Noir made without any skin contact to create a slightly pigmented white wine. Bianco di Nero, meaning 'white from black' in Italian, highlights our Pinot noir's distinct characteristics without the influence of skin contact, tannins, and flavors.

This wine reveals ripe Hood strawberries, Summer melon, with subtle notes of fresh mint. This is a dry, medium-body wine with mouth-watering acidity and a long finish that lingers on the palate with a mélange of strawberry, French cantaloupe, and fresh honeydew.
