2021 Riservata Pinot Noir

A barrel selection wine chosen as a ‘stylized’ terroir-driven Pinot Noir, still focused on showcasing the distinct personality of our vineyard site, but delivering more fullness, more structure, finer texture, and utilizing a slightly higher percentage of new oak (45-50%), carefully chosen to compliment, expose, and highlight some of our site’s natural spiciness and darker fruit flavors.

This wine unravels with sweet and savory notes and the signature red and dark fruit characteristics; dark cherry, vanilla, cola, Italian spice, floral perfume, and a hint of dark chocolate. The velvety texture, balanced acidity, and medium weight ensure this wine lingers on the palate for quite a long time, with plenty of time to contemplate the nuance.
