2020 Blanc de Blancs

The 2020 Blanc de Blancs, is our second vintage of sparkling wine from our estate vineyard in the Willamette Valley’s Laurelwood District AVA. We use the traditional ‘Metodo Classico’ to craft this wine using Chardonnay from the oldest vineyard blocks on the property. The signature apple, citrus, and mineral notes from our estate Chardonnay combine with brioche-like aromas, all lifted by bright acidity to create a wine tailor-made for those special celebrations. 

This wine spends 36 months 'en tirage' and has 5 g/L of dosage added at bottling.
